I thought I'd share this insightful article about the medical benefits of yoga - not just physical benefits, but mental benefits as well. As I have struggled with weight issues for years, I know all too well that a large part of the problem, at least for me, is psychological/emotional.

I think the medical community is only beginning to talk about the positive effects of yoga on the mind. It's very exciting!
