day one for me was inspiring. class felt amazing -- so much energy, so much exuberance. i feel so grateful to have the community at the joint to turn to for support and to provide a constant source of inspiration. practice in follow the advanced yogi was wonderful thanks to the pace and the poses, but mostly thanks to beck who slept and rolled around on a blanket so i can get the full class experience -- thanks to my fellow yogin who welcome beck to join in! it's really extraordinary to share in all your enthusiasm -- what a time to invest in ourselves like this. look forward to practicing with mom at lunchtime tomorrow. we are going to do a dvd together.
