It's funny how discipline creeps into our minds as something negative. I woke up this morning thinking I have to get on my mat as if I were being disciplined for doing something wrong. I like what Sarah wrote last night, "if we can turn our 'to do' list into a 'to be' list." We can do the same with discipline, or anything for that matter. It is a simple as saying we have to turn the perspective a little, shift our notions of what something can be, rather than what we think it has to be. The shift occurred for me as I sat down to read everyone's experiences. I read enthusiasm and passion "to be" rather than "to do". Sometimes we need our company to remind us of what we, or life, can be. I hope you keep coming to the the forum - read them, it helps, and write because it will help others.
Today, I encourage you to continue becoming aware of everything you are doing, from the way you move and breath, to the way you think and feel, to the way you interact with life. As you develop this awareness, turn it a little so this a "to be" list rather one more thing "to do".
