After 200 hours of teacher training at the joint and 4 days tardy I decided I really needed more EXPERIENCE. I came to a bit of clarity under the influence of an intoxicating DONNA class this A.M.
During these times of uncertainty in all that surrounds us...when we are strapped in time and equity....We all reevaluate and revert to the ESSENTIALS. I realized very clearly what I need. I need YOGA.
No ....We can't rely on Wall street...but I can with certainty ,know that when I walk down those wooden stairs of that studio on Norwalk's WALL street...It's ALL GOOD!!!!!
